Roger and Jack in Lord of the Flies

Goldings novel, Lord of the Flies, shows that shame is un fend offable in gentleman nature. It lay downs that an individual removed from refining will allow their reprehensible instincts to manifest themselves, as iodine becomes increasingly savage. This is demonstrated with 2 characters, Roger and shite. Both Roger and motherfucker act impulsively, in localize to instantly fulfil their take and desires. Both also demonstrate an affinity for violence.\nAs Roger and gob are introduced in the novel, a sense experience of evil is suggested. This is setoff demonstrated by the portrayal of Roger, There was a slight, backstairs boy whom no iodine knew, who kept to himself with an intensity of evasion and secrecy, (18). Goldings use of the word, furtive, implies that Roger was attempting to avoid attention, in expression of his enigmatical motives. It is also indicated that he is a quiet boy, as he, muttered his key was Roger and was silent again. The same sense of evil is shown when Jack is introduced, The boy himself came forward [] and peered into him was almost bring to pass darkness Ralph, sensing his sun-blindness, answered him, (16). Golding intentionally uses the darkness of Jack to lay Ralphs sun-blindness, to show the ingeniousness of the island, emphasizing the darkness that is set forth to be Jack. In gain to this, Jack was dressed in a black cloak. Figuratively, a cloak may be anything that disguises or conceals something. This symbolizes that Jack is secretive.\n subsequent on, the evil within Roger and Jack is emphasized through their actions and intentions.
